The time it took to get someone out. It was the air conditioner and was getting up into the upper 80s in the house so cutting back the 72 hours in those circumstances would be helpful. Ours was fully replaced and brand new so we shouldn’t have that issue again but being in the house in that heat the entire time was difficult and we were forced to bring in standup units to make it through the week it took to resolve the issue

The fact that the exterior of the garage requires painting now, is stressful because apparently maintenance doesn’t have access to the same paint when property was/is being done.
