The only thing that I didnt like was how when I called no one answered right away. I had to leave a voicemail, but despite that I did get a call back very quickly after so that wasn't much of an issue.

I was locked out the house on a wed and Thursday i called they tried to charge me for a lock out when it was on there end why my smart door wasn't working it should have not taken 9 days
