It was fairly simple. I avoid talking on the phone at all costs and I didn’t have to do that during either of my last two renewal processes. Conveniently simple.

Your prices are high but I enjoy the location of the property and how easy it is to renew your lease. I also enjoy when I have a problem with the house how easy it is to get help to fix the issue.

The whole experience. We liked being able to view the home without the pressure. I communicated by email with Kelly who answered all my questions and was easy to deal with. I like the easy access of getting the code to enter the home on move in day. The app move in inspection was different and long, but in reality I actually liked it. I would definitely recommend Kairos
