Communication wasn’t good. There were 3 different companies that came into my home. The 1st company took a piece of the floor and never brought it back, but also didn’t let me know that Kairos decided not to go with them. Another company came in took the measurements look at the floor and then never came back, also wasn’t aware that Kairos decided not to go with them either. It took almost 4 weeks to get someone in here to get it done. Once the right compass chosen though everything was smooth. They were very professional, moved all furniture for me and put it back.

My request was regarding my rently keypad not working. There were too many steps to have it replaced as I had to contact rently, them contact Kairos back to give the claim number. The new keypad was shipped to a vendor that lived two hours away. The shipping seem to not have been expressly which I feel it should have as the lock had stopped working entirely giving me no access to the house other than the garage which would be a huge inconvenience if the electricity were to have gone out.

The light was not fixed. It was replaced. The replacement unit was not placed in a functional way. There is old paint from which the previous broken light covered up that the new light no longer does. The light is pushed towards the cabinets so much as one cabinet is no longer able to be opened fully.

The whole process went smoothly beginning to end and every representative I needed to speak with was very prompt and made available quickly no matter what time of day or night we appreciate the assistance of finding our perfect home!

Katie the leasing agent was thorough and patient when assisting me in next steps. She made the experience easy and enjoyable. She also made me feel as though she was excited and eager to have me as apart of the community
