There needs to be a place to fill out preventative maintenance. The house is ten years old and the paint is starting to peel, the fence has never had a coat of stain on it and the west texas sun is drying the fence out.

I was told to troubleshoot some things with my AC prior to having the HVAC tech get here. I was told to restart my thermostat. The HVAC tech informed me that I shouldn’t have done that because he had to reprogram the thermostat for me.
