Once I figured out what number to call and who to ask for on what day it all went well . Getting approved and final paperwork drawn up and even changed when we needed to was ultimately pretty easy

My garage was a bit messy as we had a family emergency and could not open the electrical box area up, whoever was onsite tossed my wife’s rocking chair she received from her great grandma to the side on top of things. Luckily nothing was damaged

The overall experience was fairly easy and without a lot of stress. They notifies me of any documentations missing and verified submission of every document. Took a lot of stress out of leasing. And offered an alternative deposit payment to reduce costs.
