It was easy, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the home, we are having to personally hire someone to clean it before moving anything in.

The entire process was easy! A leasing agent got in touch right away, and explained everything so well. It was a very enjoyable moment hearing that I was approved to move in to one of your homes and taking care of everything in order to get in was easy! I appreciate the communication from Kairos leasing! They really know how to make you feel welcomed.

my fridge wasn’t making water and ice when I moved in. When I asked if they would fix it they said yes. A couple days later they declined the maintenance request.

The process of renewing was very simple and done all online. I had a few questions along the way before deciding to stay another year and sent a few emails. Each of those were responded to timely and always gave me the needed information. I also called and the agent answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful and kind. Very pleasant experience overall!

There was little to no heads up of the visit.
