The overall experience was fairly easy and without a lot of stress. They notifies me of any documentations missing and verified submission of every document. Took a lot of stress out of leasing. And offered an alternative deposit payment to reduce costs.

The first company that was suppose to come on the day chosen didn't notify me to let me know he wasn't able to make it. I had to contact them twice to get an answer.

Very few issues with moving, nothing beyond the few somewhat expected move in inconveniences. Kairos, you all have been great to work with and very helpful with any and all questions.
