Everything was super easy and accessible. Very clean and well kept.

The codd worked great and the house was ready and waiting for us. There seemed to be a bit of residual mess from any other possible renters that came through and looked at the house, along with a lot of dead bugs and live spiders in spiderweb throughout the house, but that was all cleanable.

Everything was good except the cleanliness/“repairs” the previous tenant did. The paint touch ups are horrible. There are cracks in the bathroom by the bath tubs and the baseboard behind the toilet is nasty

Stay on schedule times to make it better for customers

We were provided some mis information when calling the main line to ask questions about the home that were not in the listing however once connected to the Leasing Agent Lauren everything was smooth and she has been great to work with .

Everything was good

We were told someone would call to schedule a time to come as fix the dishwasher. The person called when they were in our driveway. No one was home at the time. We had to leave what we were doing to let him in. It didn’t make or break the experience, it just wasn’t great or what we are used to.
