The worker was late and the job took longer than expected

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The only hick up was through the portal when submitting my income, the system did not review my income properly which caused a couple extra hurdles. Besides that, great experience!

It was frustrating that y'all sent a garage door company at first, then a couple of handymen to install a new opener. While they were friendly and professional, it took a long time for them to install it. And it was frustrating that the model they chose only had one remote and no button to turn the light on, as there is no real lighting in the garage other than the opener. As well it is a heavy door and they picked a half horsepower model, as they had never come out to see the door before. Sending different techs for each part of the process is not good practice for any technical issues.The opener chosen is under powered, and

Honestly, none of it. My air was out from the 13th of April till just recently when it got prepared. The first thing we did was the self help/fix that was sent to us and it didn’t work. We changed batteries save everything we were told to do and it didn’t work. Then starts the process of several different visits to fix the problem. I just feel like it could have been done in a more timely manner. I make no secret in telling anyone who listens that I love my home, but this was such crazy inconvenience for so long. I know nothing about fixing air I just wonder if it could have been resolved sooner
