Almost everything I really enjoyed the prompt and fast service.

At first, the company scheduled without telling and had someone show up at my door early in the morning while I was gone. The person on the phone was not very nice and was very inconsiderate when I told her I was dealing with a family issue at the moment. She would not get off the phone after I told her I would call back to reschedule since I was not at home.

The communication

It was fairly easy to get assistance; all my grievances were handled in a timely manner. There were constant communications with the representatives.

I wasn't aware of the arrival of the thermostat at my house. That caused another visit.

I think someone should come out to inspect right before each person renews their list to take care of any concerns tenants may have. This may increase a faster renewal rate.
