Though we were able to get water to stop flowing in, expected it to be faster than 5 days before someone made it out. Also felt like concerns about mold due to standing water was disregarded.

The application was fairly easy to complete. I had to follow up a few times because I never got updates on the status of the homes availability. However, each time I called everyone I spoke with was polite and patient if I had any questions and answered what they could.
