Communication with agent was great! The answering service employees need work.

I really like how the peeling paint was taken care of but my shower had a leak so they told me it had to be replaced. After it was replaced I’m having a hard time turning the hot water on. I didn’t have this issue before and I am unsure if it’s just user error so I am going to try to deal with it. It also has to be moved around so I can find the hot setting. Since my Maintenance request were a broken fence and peeling paint. I didn’t know how to handle this.
