There were two plumbing issues on the MX request (two faucet/tub drains needing repair) and the repair person only brought materials/supplies to fix one because they weren't tracking the second. Repair person had to return next day to repair second drain, but it was still completed in a timely maner.

It’s harder to communicate my needs when the person does not speak good English. He also did not get any of the black mold off of the walls inside the closet. He just sprayed them and said it would go away because it was treated.
