I wish that the requests could be sent on the Kairos app instead of having to go to the full web portal. Also the technicians arrived way before the scheduled time and I was still sleeping to prepare for work later. It was a little uncomfortable having to jump up in my PJs.

The entire process. Especially when I wanted to ride past the home and it was not coming up in my GPS the agent was able to assist me. Also, before even getting to that point I initially applied for and was approved for a different home. When I said that I chose not to proceed, the agent was very helpful in providing me with other options to suit my needs.
