Typically, the pump for my a/c went out on a Friday. I was sent the names of two people would be “reaching out” to me. They never did. I tried to contact Saturday afternoon but there was no answer on either number. That was aggravating. Not to mention the heat! On Monday morning ,I notified maintenance that no one showed up. Someone was here by noon. Perfect.

Nobody came out unless we called. We were never contacted by the first vendor and they didn't respond to our calls. We finally called kairos and they said to wait another day. The next day, I called back and they finally assigned another vendor who did not show up on the day they mad or appointment. He came the next day and couldn't fix it. That company didn't tell kairos so we finally had to call again. They said they couldn't do anything until they spoke with the vendor. Finally, another group of men were sent. They thought it was fixed but when we went to wash clothes that night, the outlet still wasn't working. We called kairis again and never heard back so called the vendor. They finally sent an electrician who we hope finally fixed it. Four visits, countless calls, four days of missed work, 3 trips to a laundry mat and a couple hundred dollars later, we are hoping it is fixed.

You all were always responsive regarding maintenance issues, which I really appreciated. However, the rent increases on the property made little sense when compared to similar homes in the area. There are much newer homes of a similar size in the same school district that were the same or cheaper as my rent at the time of mo

Fix stuff faster, and correctly. Show a sense of urgency and not make a tenant have to call and call or keep waiting etc...
