Didn't receive much communication from the contractor. He asked available times, I responded and he just showed up the next day during one of my times provided. I wasn't aware they were coming. Language barrier between myself and the men that came

I can’t complain about any of the steps taken. We understand that everyone has issues and that there are protocols in place to insure that things are taken care of efficiently.

That the devise was toggling on and offline for over a month and an half and we were never knew or were contacted. The door was still functioning when it was connected. The noise still indicated the door locked. Not until the batteries died and noise stopped did we realize an issue. Other parties had reports and dates of offline activity but chose not to share it with us/the tenants.
