I was not aware of the self solve module, however given that the issue was the motor in the outside A/C unit needed to be replaced there was nothing I could have done to resolve the issue

It took five days and numerous phone calls in order for me to use my front entrance. I was blocked from using my front entrance for an entire week. The vendor never answered or called me back. Kairos was indifferent to my situation
