Quick access to property

This request went fine. I also requested the ice maker to be repaired. It did not work when we moved in. That was denied. I live in Florida, ice is a must. I then requested if they would not fix it to change my refrigerator out to one without an inoperable ice maker so I could have room to put ice. That was also denied. I am very unhappy with those decisions.
