Initially, the company did not properly schedule us resulting in them forgetting and I had to call to see if they were still coming out 2 hours after the scheduled time we were told. At that point, they sent an operations manager out without a ladder even though I told them they would need one to access the attic. He said he would send someone out on Monday but didn’t give me a timeframe and then they randomly showed up at 8:30am on Monday morning to do the repairs.

The ability to send .mov images on the resident portal. It made it more challenging to have to convert all the files from .mov into .mp4

It was a good experience. Pretty easy to renew. The only thing I would prefer is that if I renewed for more than 2 years that the monthly payment would reduce, not increase. Other companies reward lease renewals by normally charging a lesser monthly rate if you renew for more than 2 years.
