My personal opinion: Don’t overcharge tenants for cheaply made homes OR bait them in by posting the homes for a low rental rate, then after only a year of living there (lease renewal), increase the rent drastically. It doesn’t make sense as to why the rent would increase every single year with no repairs being done or even after just living there ONE YEAR. What exactly is the reason for that, I wonder. Just MY opinion & apparently plenty of others judging by the reviews (Oh! And the neighbors) Other than that, experience was actually decent. The neighborhood was quiet which was nice.
