I specified in my maintenance request that the pipe leak created water damage in the bathroom cabinet. The maintenance person who fixed the leak spray painted over the damage. I do not want to be held liable for this.

I don’t recall a notice of on my way. He came at 5:00pm, just as everyone was to leave and go done something planned. I just delayed what I was going to do so this maintenance request would be completed.
