I have been leasing with Kairos Living for 4 years and have been very satisfied with the renewal experience. The customer service is top notch. If you have questions or need assistance they are a phone call away. The return calls and text you messages, too. Thank you for the excellent customer service and employees who if they do NOT know the answer take the time, give you a phone number or transfer you to the person who can assist you.

The overall leasing process it was quick and easy and I hit approved the same day
