All went well

The electrical maintenance technician was called out to replace the electric outlet for the range after the range technician showed the outlet wasn't reading adequate voltage with their multimeter.The electrical technician used only a voltage pen to see if the outlet was getting ANY power (which it was, just not enough because it was completely burned from a recent lightning strike). This made it appear that things were fine.When the circuit board for the range came in several days later the range technician tested the outlet once more and, once again, could see with his multimeter that it was in fact still reading bad and needed to be replaced.The electrical technician was called back out and he ended up fixing the issue same day.Ultimately, everything worked out. Just a little more runaround than necessary due to not having adequate tooling. That said, everyone was nice and respectful.Kairos, above all, has been great in handling things.

I sent the request in and they assigned a vendor. I called the vendor and they were gonna come out that afternoon. Then right before they were supposed to come. The vendor said that Kairos changed the vendor and we had to wait another day for a new vendor to be assigned and I had to miss work to make sure we had some one out to fix the issue. Hsr vendor was able to send someone that afternoon.

Everything was nice and smooth process.
