When i first move in with the prior company. Having the onsite presence was apparent. Common areas were clean and rules were brought up to residents attention. After Kairos Living took over the common areas were at times covered in trash. Vehicles parked on sidewalks and many other things.

After the maintenance request was finished, I noticed a problem that was not there before. I contacted the maintenance guy as soon as I noticed it and the first thing he said was he did not cause the problem and I had to do an all new work request.
