Everything went great

Kairos itself takes so much time and works so hard to not resolve issues timely. We are hoping that this (a 5th time) actually has this issue resolved. However, not holding my breath as it's been months and the oven still is not fixed. It seems they are so focused on cheap building and getting as many houses up as possible, but they do not care about maintenance and upkeep. Very sad. So like we say, hopefully this actually resolved the issues with the water. Hopefully, the other issues will also be resolved.

I understand we all have family and we all want to attend our childs school activities but rescheduling 3 times is unacceptable. As long as we are still under the 30 day maintenance window it would save time and effort for the maintenance team to contact vendors which appears to work better considering the one vendor we could not reach at all
