The entire issue took nearly a month to get resolved. There were multiple periods where I went 3-5 days without hearing from anyone and not knowing what the next step in the process would be.

The vents downstairs couldn’t be checked because of subfloor, he would have to rip out ceiling Sheetrock to observe the ductwork, so three vents are still not blowing cool air.
