Eric has been amazing throughout the process! I would suggest using kairos to anyone who wants a fast , easy time with their leasing.

All of my experiences went great

Instructions and information about the move were great. We received everything in a timely manner and it helped things go smoothly. Thanks

Getting home access was very easy and smooth

The yard was not green and has lots of weeds. The floors in the house were crumbling or coming up. That’s the only thing about the house that wasn’t suitable to live with. The contractors came out and took pictures. I also sent pictures in with the ticket. The office staff at Kairos were very friendly.

It’s a great company to rent from. If i didn’t have to move because of security issues. I would not have moved.

It was easy to get the app and set everything up.
