Wonderful experience. Would have loved to stay but couldn’t afford the increasing rent.

The technician was extremely inconsiderate of my home. He entered without announcing himself after her first coming in. He left insulation All over The landing at the top of the stairs. And he dumped his Shop-Vac into my daughter's bathtub which left it extremely disgustingly dirty and I had to unclog after. I did reach out to the company and reported his behavior and they were apologetic and offered to come clean it which of course at that time I had already done. This is a violation of my daughter's privacy by entering a room that there was no requirement for him to be in. The company handled it well the third technician was extremely disrespectful to my home. I do have photos of the bathtub and the condition it was left in

The maintenance workers were making inappropriate comments, knowing I was the only woman in the house. Saying “are you looking for a husband? I like when beautiful women talk to me nice.” ETC. made me feel very uncomfortable in my own home.

The communication was great!

While we appreciate the replacements and help, there were some messes left in our rooms that had new fixtures installed, etc. Dirt, dust, paint shavings that we had to clean, we had assumed the maintenance person would do that as part of cleaning up.Also, we don't love that the maintenance team only comes once a week, *if* kairos approves of the maintenance request
