The ability to send .mov images on the resident portal. It made it more challenging to have to convert all the files from .mov into .mp4

It was a good experience. Pretty easy to renew. The only thing I would prefer is that if I renewed for more than 2 years that the monthly payment would reduce, not increase. Other companies reward lease renewals by normally charging a lesser monthly rate if you renew for more than 2 years.

My agent walk me through the process and was very helpful.

This is the 4th time we have signed a lease but I'm afraid it might be our last for the fact that the rent keeps going up and we are not gonna be able to afford it anymore which makes me sad
