Listen to the professional who inspects and knows how to fix the issue before it becomes a bigger one. Also communicate with the tenant what the repair plan is so we can accommodate by removing furniture and whatever else before the contractor arrives

The timeliness of the matter. I feel like there should not have to be a second request. Which we were told. However, mistakes do happen and the issues were resolved, we are happy about that.
