I like the process, follow up, updates from the maintenance team. Again I think the delay was roofers and hurricane damage in the area. The roofing company were professional, swift and cleaned up very well after the installation

Moving in was easy. Really liked the keyless locks. Filling out forms were made easy and felt like Kairos was making sure I completed everything so that move in was smooth
