I asked for an e-mail answer because I was not good at English, but the response was good.

I was able to access the front door and garage with no issues. Moving everything in went smoothly.

We reported several electrical issues over our time there. They still exist. I mean everything will work if you know the tricks. Also Kairos needs to maintain lawns of vacant properties. It took a lot of money and work to get ours in good shape and I’ve seen multiple empty Kairos properties in the neighborhood whose yards look horrible.

House was great but the HOA was bad. Way to many selective rules. Meaning they would issue violations to renters but would not issue same violation to home owners. Example parking on street - home owner parked his vehicle on street and grass for 30 consecutive days-no ticket. I park on street for 4 days get a.ticket

Signing the lease agreement went will and it was very straightforward. Overall my leasing experience was a breeze.

Move out instructions were clear and concise and allowed an opportunity to meet standards when moving.
