The only thing I would like is better communication from the property manager otherwise everyone did an excellent job.

Delay in contacting us by vendor. We had to contact vendor a couple of times.

Language barrier but the tech used a translator to ensure i underStood what he was doing .

Agent was very quick with answering my questions. There was also a major issue we had with false advertising and the agent worked really well to help rectify the issue and got us into the correct home. Everything was electronic which made it seamless and smooth. Also, when we reported the issue to you guys, the agent was quick to follow up and resolve it.

The request took 3 weeks and 5 phone calls. 2 were broken promises of 12 hr repairs.

Take the middle man out and let the tech do his job and fix things without needing a long time for authorizing them
