The whole process was made very easy and stress free

Clear concise move out instructions need to be agreed upon when signing the lease. The lease we signed had different instructions compared to what was provided at the end of lease. The instructions provided at the end of the lease required more money from me that I may not get in return based off inspection. Additionally, the house was not inspected prior to our move-in which resulted in us reporting several issues. Some of which never were resolved.
