Should have been pumped same day. Before greywater backed up into tubs.We reported it as soon as the toilet started bubbling. To make sure to avoid damage. If we had walk in showers there would have been a lot more damage to carpets and floors. It's like a couple days. Which was very inconvenient because we could not use showers or toilets for 3 days.

The portal cancels work orders as if they were never enter into the system

The only negative that I have is that fencing and debris were left on the side of the house instead of being placed in the front of the house by the curb. I’m not sure if the city will pick it u from the side of the house and it is too heavy for me to move.
