Everything went smoothly with the application process all the way to getting the lock code

We had a leaking roof which was pretty bad. It took a month to get the roof repaired. This is our rainy season and definitely not a great time to wait a long time. With such a big leak that was most likely damaged during hurricane Ian in 2022, I was surprised no one inspected the attic to see what damage or mold issues may be there.

Lauren and Mega was phenomenal. Selena has a nasty attitude. But overall great experience

Clear communication. Phone calls are picked up. Knowledgable staff.

The first tech that came out, did not replace a part needed to get the AC working again. That mistake caused a delay and led to 2 additional days of no AC in the hottest summer month.
