The maintenance guy who first came to my house was extremely unprofessional (and un licensed as a plumber) Told me he would be here in the morning to fix it, was not. Never got in touch with me in regards to being late. Had to Google what to do, didn't get it done, broke a pipe in the process, and acted like I was an inconvenience the entire time. A ten minute job turned into 3 hours of waiting, then another 4 hours of him not being able to even do the job.

Overall everything was good besides us been given the wrong access codes that’s did not work so we had to wait to Kairos opened

The initial request was denied even though I had a picture of the problem attached and the communication with the maintenance person wasn’t great, but still overall service was good.

It was a tough move-in. From not really having anyone to speak with to having issues with no keys inside the home and the lock. The home was clean and we were able to get everything moved in ourselves.

It was very easy to get in touch with someone.
