I was told to troubleshoot some things with my AC prior to having the HVAC tech get here. I was told to restart my thermostat. The HVAC tech informed me that I shouldn’t have done that because he had to reprogram the thermostat for me.

Everything was grand. Customer service was top notch. I had a small hick up accessing the code to the keyless entry, but one call and you guys fixed it immediately. Super impressed with the whole process. I have a tremendous amount of peace of mind because of how fluid you guys made the whole process.
