The initial water heater replacement was sized ridiculously inappropriately. The error was corrected immediately.

It took a little while to get a tech out. We had to provide photos which was a little inconvenient due to the fact that we are working and it can tend to slip our minds. The troubleshooting had nothing to do with the actual issue

Everything went well. The only thing that caused any issues was the specific Walgreens we went to did not know how to do the WIPS for payment and we had to drive to the town over 2 days in a row to get it completed. However, I feel that was more the Walgreens issue than our experience with Kairos. We’ve enjoyed how easy it’s been and how helpful everyone has been. Just wish we didn’t have to go back twice to make payment
