Communication

Massey didn’t inform me of any requirements before the apartment could be treated. Then a technician showed up one day without any notice. Then I was advised to have both apartments in the building treated together but didn’t relay this advice to Kairos and it was up to us to try to coordinate this with our neighbors and that didn’t work out. However, the company was very pleasant and the technician, Ashley, was fantastic!

All was good

The service technician, to whom the work order was originally given phoned me to try to troubleshoot the matter over the phone, which was fine. It was not resolved with the troubleshooting, and I was told he would not be available until the end of the week. This was the week of Thanksgiving, so that was understandable. Unfortunately, that technician elected to not complete the job and turned it back in to the company that gave him the work order. He failed to let me know this, so I waited the week for him to complete the job. Only after I phoned him did I realize he did not intend to complete the job and I had to go back to the management company to get it reassigned . I think that was very unprofessional on his part. Ultimately it was reassigned and the new technician did a great job.
