Overall customer service is outstanding. Whenever I hit a roadblock in the process, they were very helpful and professional.

The texting number that was accessible to all potential tenants was VERY helpful and really beneficial! Each leasing agent was really patient, and willing to answer all my questions. Having the rently self tour was also a plus that puts Kairos Living one-step ahead of other rental companies.
