Did the walk through and moved out 2 weeks early with plans to show up weekly to mow the grass, however was locked out of account and home for the final two weeks because I finished the walk through early. If the lease dates remain in effect, the tenants should have access to the home while the lease is still active. If you lock them out earlier then you should modify move out date accordingly.

Overall, the move-out process went smoothly, although communication could have been better throughout the process. We also worked very hard to leave the home in better condition than when we moved in. We spent a lot of time cleaning, making repairs, and taking care of items that needed attention. We truly hope that effort is reflected in the final inspection and that we receive our full security deposit back. Thank you.
