Kairos should have ensured that the maintenance guy knew that the water was flooding the yard and it was a priority. I did have the intelligence to turn the water off but it still should have been a priority ticket. Not one I had to call myself to follow-up on.

Any problems that we had with the application process or with setting up autopay for rent, the agents who helped responded immediately. I’m very pleased with how fast the team works so we could move in asap!

Getting bounced between two separate companies in order to solve the same issue induced delays which deprived my roommate of full use of his bathroom for an extended period of time. I don't think this is either maintenance companies' fault however; the communication between Kairos, the maintenance folks, and the landlord has been entirely opaque to us so we feel that we missed key parts of the conversation that would explain the delay.

We’ve had several issues due to the builders of the home. The issue was caused because the heater was installed incorrectly.
