Communication on when technician would come out. A couple of times they would just show up unannounced . My sprinkler system issue went on since I first rent. I would have neighbors complain and well now my current water bill is almost $300 which is something I was trying to avoid and tell them, but felt like I kept getting the go around. Sometimes they would not show up but ultimately the situation was fixed. Now I am stuck with a $300 something water bill which could have been avoided. I don’t feel like it is fair for this to have happened.

Overall experience was good unset for trying to get inside to see the inside

Took way too many trips to get it fixed properly. There were times I thought the property managers could have been more assertive with their subs. Several times the system appeared to be working but only to learn later it wasn’t and had to get someone to come over and get it working between the vendors visits.
