From the 1st customer service agent who returned my call to Brock and Adrienne in leasing customer service and all the wonderful customer service representatives I spoke to along the way I am very grateful. Customer service is generous with their time and in tune to the state of our application thanks to using “fresh” tech — Never stuck in IVR land. William in leasing was spectacular, and provided a voice and transparency to the process— so you were able to see the magic behind the curtain. Kairos is wonderful leasing agent. I am hoping that Kairos move-in and property managers have the same customer service and level of care with their tenants. Thank you, Kairos for giving us a place to call home.

Spoke with Melida, Hannah and a couple male agents in the process of signing my lease and everyone was very helpful and made the process very easy and stress free.

It is very hard to color match paint for touch ups! We used a professional and still did not get the color to match. Keeping the color on file or leaving some touch up piant would be a good idea for future residents.
