Everything was a smooth and easy process and answered every question I had along the way

All the steps were simple and laid out which made the process a lot easier than what I’ve experienced in the past.

It was less of an issue with Kairos and more of an issue with the individual who was sent to work on our water. He left without giving us any kind of information. I didn't know what he did, if I needed to do anything, if he was coming back or if he was done with the work and an entire tank that was there before was missing. At this point, I'm under the assumption that it was no longer needed for some reason? I still don't know if it's supposed to be there right now, or if he forgot to bring it back and maybe that's why the water is still yellow? Very unprofessional and it's a real shame that as the residents of the home they left us in the dark
