I wish there was a way to select the urgency of the matter. We had no AC for 5 days in an area where temps are well over 90 degrees. We didn’t have a way to expedite the issue. We had to leave our home and at the time for an unknown amount of time because no one communicated a timeline for getting the issue resolved.

The whole experience was great and fast I hate I waited so long to apply. I rented another place somewhere else and the house was a scam and took forever to get back in touch with us about our money after we had applied to Kairo’s and hadn’t gotten our money yet so we lost out on the rental we looked at. So I called Kairos back and we were all set to go now we’re just waiting to move in..
