I had a quick turn around time and everyone helped me get everything done so I can move in within a week.

I got the house 🏠

Our bar codes for payment did not come in separate emails causing delays and frustration in paying deposit over 2 days. Also, the information in the welcome email for insurance did not have the correct information causing us to pay more money for modifications to the policy….not a smooth or easy process.

The maintenance company that was sent came multiples times, essentially taking 2 weeks to resolve.

Reporting…..Had to call a lot of time because of phone issues

It took 2 weeks for the entire process. Fortunately the first week or so it wasn't scorching hot and the temperature was tolerable. But is was starting to get hot and there aren't any ceiling fans or windows screens in the home for air circulation. It would be nice to have either option without an additional expense. I feel that in times when the HVAC system is down, then the option of opening a window or having a ceiling should be available. This is the first home I have rented that didn't have window screens and/or a ceiling fan for ventilation/circulation of air in the home.
