No issues to report. I was very thankful to kairos for putting us in a hotel for a couple of nights while our problem was fixed. The heat has been insane in Texas, so being without AC was worrisome.

It took several weeks and back and forth emails with Kairos to get a maintenance person over to the house. I understand that you all are trying to prevent unnecessary maintenance expenses, but with children and pets in my home, it was frustrating to have to prove several times that the house was not cooling properly.

Nothing on your end. The plumbing pipes broke again after the first repair, but the same company came back within a few hours and repaired the issue again.
