When I first put the maintenance request in, it was closed and apparently not understood. I had to send a follow up email for it to be addressed.

Make sure you are sending out individuals who know what they are doing. The first guy just left the dishwater in my kitchen and said he couldn’t fix it due to rusted pipes. Second guy came out and fixed everything in one visit- no rusted pipes in his way apparently.
