Was expecting a follow up to resolve the issue

Everything went great!!

Communication with Kairos was easy and the move in process was smooth.

Everything has been great

I sent the information over but it was not relayed to the maintenance worker properly. They did not send the picture or anything that way sent just sent him out. The maintenance worker contacted me and we talked about the issue and what was wrong so he could fix what was wrong. He tightened some parts but said someone would need to come out but after the issue with our thermostat I’m sure Kairos won’t.

Had technical trouble until i used Google Chrome but after that it was fine

Went fine and we were able to lease a home but the customer service was not very informative and impatient with us on questions regarding the lease.

Lauren was incredible and so communicative on helping us get this house and I’m so grateful!
