The notifications. I wasn't notified of the request was approved. I also wasn't notified of when maintenance was going to arrive, they just showed up and luckily I was working from home that day to take the lock off the gate for them to do their job.

THE SEWER LINE PROBLEM I HAD HAS BEEN AN ONGOING PROBLEM SINCE I'VE LIVED HERE ABOUT 5 YEARS. THE PLUMBER SAID THE SAME THING THE LAST COMPANY SAID THAT THE PROBLEM IS ALL THE WAY TOWARDS THE MAIN SEWER AND MY SEWER LINE SHOULD BE REPLACED. THE LAST COMPANY PUT IN A BID TO DO IT BUT I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM YOUR MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT.
