Clear instructions

I placed my request on a Saturday. No urgency was considered and did not get the attention it needed until I made a call. I had written back to customer service without any timely follow up. It’s also ridiculous that emial would come back saying….I see your thermostat is reading 73….when it was low 60’s outside. It got up to 81 degrees in the home.

Our request was originally closed with no explanation or notification.

The maintenance experience was great! It’s Kairos that I have an issue with. They drag their feet. I’m not really feeling that bc every month you want your money. Therefore things should be fixed and communicated timely

The ease of access into the home and the location of garage door buttons.

Ease of having no keys to exchange. The fact that is was basically completely clean and ready to move in made it super easy.
