Smart locks allowed for access immediately upon arrival

The night it happened I felt like my request was not handled quick enough because the garage door had collapsed and I was unable to lift it to get my car out for work the next morning. I understand it was later in the evening but I felt with any emergency like this it should have been handled with a little bit more urgency.

Being able to talk to a manager or someone in charge that can make things more easier than having to go through a receptionist or leaving voice messages. Sometimes the portal is not as effective as a verbal conversation due to a response for problem at hand that are immediately needed.
