The gate was not fix properly, it was patched up to stand up but will eventually fall again when the wind gets strong

When I initially put in the maintenance request, it took multiple weeks to get Kairos to get somebody out to our home. There was water damage from the vent lid falling off and rain falling directly into the vent. It was creating cracks in my wall and ceiling, and we were scared it would cave in on our two toddler aged children.

IT ALL WENT WELL JUST WAITING TO HERE BACK ON THE REPLACEMENT REQUEST MADE BY THE PLUMBER.

The contractors that was sent to us the first time were very unprofessional and kept making excuses. Could not get the job done in a timely manner .
