Only issue was the fact that at least 5 different Kairos employees kept messaging me about the issue so I had to keep explaining it. Would be nice to have just one person to deal with from start of maintenance complaint until end. I was not happy having to explain the situation sooooooo many times, it was frustrating.,

The time of the first response and the contacting of me to let me know they were coming.
